Studio Policies

Membership & Package Expiration:

All memberships and class packages are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. If you choose to rejoin at a later date, you'll enroll at the current membership rates available at that time. Please note that Founder Membership pricing is exclusive and cannot be reinstated once canceled.

Need a break? We've got you. Recurring memberships may be paused up to two times per calendar year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months per freeze.

Class packages may have expiration dates. For example, our 5-Class Pack expires 60 days from the date of purchase. Please use your credits before they expire, as unused classes do not roll over or extend.

Monthly memberships that include a set number of classes refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle. Any unused classes expire at the end of that cycle and do not roll over.

Cancellation & No Show policy

To cancel without penalty, reservations must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Late cancellations and missed classes impact both your fellow members and our instructors, so the following policies apply:

  • Late Cancellation (less than 8 hours): $15 fee

  • No-Show: $20 fee

If your membership or package includes class credits, you'll also forfeit the reserved class credit.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. If something comes up, please email us—we'll always do our best to help.

Liability Waiver

By participating in classes at The Body Bank, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You voluntarily participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage to personal property that may occur while attending classes or using our facilities.

Late Arrival Policy

To create the best experience for every client, classes begin promptly and the studio doors will be locked 10 minutes after class starts.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class. Late arrivals can be disruptive and may prevent you from participating safely after the class has already begun.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in and start class with everyone else.

Grip Sock Policy

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of our studio.

Grip socks are not required for Mat classes, but they are highly encouraged for added stability and support.

Don't have a pair? Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Inclement Weather Policy

Your safety is always our priority.

If severe weather affects studio operations, we'll notify all registered clients by email and text as soon as a decision has been made.

If the studio remains open, we encourage you to use your best judgment when deciding whether it's safe to travel.

If The Body Bank cancels a class due to inclement weather, your class credit will automatically be returned to your account. You will never lose a class credit or be charged for a class canceled by the studio.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive early!

We get it — traffic happens. Give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive. We recommend checking in 5–10 minutes before class begins so you can settle in, connect with your instructor, and start feeling present before the first movement.

To respect everyone's experience, classes begin promptly. If you've arrived after class has started, we may not be able to accommodate late entry or hold your reformer or mat.

Leave the outside world at the door

This is your time.

Please silence your phone and turn your Apple Watch to Do Not Disturb before class begins. For the next 50 minutes, we invite you to disconnect from notifications and reconnect with yourself.

The only vibrations we want is from your core!

Clean up after yourself

After class, please wipe down your reformer or mat, along with any props you used. It only takes a moment and helps keep The Body Bank feeling fresh, welcoming, and ready for the next class.

By attending classes at The Body Bank, you agree to abide by these terms and policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all clients. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
